Cancellations policy.
Cancellation by you
Should it become necessary to cancel a reservation, we make a full refund of the deposit if we are able to re-let. If this occurs after the balance has been paid then the same applies, however, if we cannot re-let, no refund will be made. Cancellation insurance is therefore strongly recommended.
Cancellation by us: In the unlikely event of cancellation by us, we shall only be liable for returning the money already received. We will not be liable for any consequential loss you may suffer, nor will we pay any compensation. In the event of the property being unavailable for reasons beyond our control, (e.g. fire damage), we will give a complete refund of the money received and work with you to find alternative accommodation.
